The KPC or Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase is a dangerous bug that wreaked havoc in New York City. The outbreak infected hundreds of people and hospitals were flooded with people that had this different type of superbug that confused the medical world for a while.

From my readings, all medication errors have to be reported not only to the healthcare facility but also disclosed to the patient. Should something adverse happen to the patient then the patient would be justified to file a lawsuit against the healthcare facility as well as the individual administering the medication.
The government funds disabled people with little income. They pay for things like food, clothing, and shelter. People with higher income must pay for the expenses themselves. Even if people with disabilities had every expense paid, they still have to live with their disabilities. It affects their everyday life and most of the time can't be fixed.
