Each side of the clock would have 39.

In order to find this, we would need to add up all the numbers on the clock and then divide by 2.

12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 78

78/2 = 39

There is a line that you could draw which would include 12, 11, 10, 1, 2, 3, on one side and 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 on the other. This would give you 39 on both sides.
