i.e. $27c+12m=126$  .....(2)

Substitute the value of c from (1) in (2),

$27(\frac{2m}{3})+12m=126$

$18m+12m=126$

$30m=126$

$m=\frac{126}{30}$

$m=4.2$

Substitute in (1),

$c=\frac{2(4.2)}{3}$

$c=\frac{8.4}{3}$

$c=2.8$

So, The cost of comic is $2.8 and the cost of magazine is $4.2.
