It depends on the food or product you have.Make sure your product is in the correct container. If you look at the back of that container it has all of the answers to your questions!

So step one, get whatever food you need, next look for where there is a label on the packaging or box that says nutrition facts, there will be lots of numbers on the right hand side and their corresponding or related words on the left. The serving size is under the big bolder word nutrition, as well as the servings per container. After that will be list of facts on the label that are on the paper you have, you will have to read the fact for example say on a bag of chips the label says grams of total fat, and to find the number of grams look to the right and you will see a number on the same line as the words are. That will be your answer. For part b, look under the big black bar that is under the word protein, there will be the vitamins that are in the food that you have, their number or percentage will be to the right of it. Finally underneath the vitamins will be where you can find the amount of other things like sodium and total fat. I hope this helped

When an individual is exercising heavily and when the muscle becomes oxygen-deprived, muscle cells convert pyruvate to lactate.
Ilya [14]

Answer:

The correct answer will be option-C

Explanation:

In anaerobic conditions or when the oxygen is limited, the pyruvate enters the anaerobic respiration.

During heavy exercise when the ATP is required in high amount then then oxygen is also required in high amount but due to lack of oxygen, pyruvate formed as a result of the glycolysis is converted to lactate. Lactate acts as electron acceptor taking the role of the oxygen.

This lactic acid diffuses into the blood plasma which is then carried to the liver. In the liver Cori cycle converts the lactate back to the pyruvate form or glucose form.

Thus, option-C is the correct answer.
