Answer:

It gives the stanza a positive, playful tone.

Explanation:

In the poem "Seacoast Silhouette", the poet presents the picture of nature and natural things to be alive and interactive. Personification has been used to provide the interactions that nature has with each other. The 'green grasses' are personified to be dancing in the tune of the wind. This presents the picture of a playful and happy interaction that one element of nature is having along with the other.

What is the history of Beowulf? Where was It written, how old Is It, and why do scholars find it to be important?
pishuonlain [190]

The story is set in Scandinavia in the 6th century. Beowulf, a hero of the Geats, comes to the aid of Hrothgar, the king of the Danes, whose mead hall in Heorot has been under attack by a monster known as Grendel. After Beowulf slays him, Grendel's mother attacks the hall and is then also defeated.

It is possibly the oldest surviving long poem in Old English and is commonly cited as one of the most important works of Old English literature. It was written in England some time between the 8th and the early 11th century. The author was an anonymous Anglo-Saxon poet, referred to by scholars as the “Beowulf poet.”

If you have ever read the story the Lottery write a body paragraph on how the lottery is a wrongful ritual
marusya05 [52]

Answer:

The story presents the possibility that the lottery is dying out. For example, a passage in the seventh paragraph indicates that the villagers have already permitted certain parts of the lottery ritual to be lost. [A]t one time, some people remembered, there had been a recital of some sort, performed by the official of the lottery, a perfunctory, tuneless chant that had been rattled off duly each year; some people believed that the official of the lottery used to stand just so when he said or sang it, others believed that he was supposed to walk among the people, but years and years ago this part of the ritual had been allowed to lapse. There had been, also, a ritual salute, which the official of the lottery had had to use in addressing each person who came up to draw from the box, but this also had changed with time, until now it was felt necessary only for the official to speak to each person approaching.
