$\sqrt{x+5}=\sqrt{g(x)+2}$
$x+5=g(x)+2$
$g(x)=x+3$

Just to check this is correct:

$(f\circ g)(x)=f(g(x))=f(x+3)=\sqrt{(x+3)+2}=\sqrt{x+5}=h(x)$
