What does, "Ore wa chin chin ga daisuki" mean? Some one came up to me and said "The Dark Lord is coming" then scream "Ore wa Chin Chin ga daisuki!" While proceeding to run off into the night. Help?

おれわちんちんがだいすき。I think whoever said this to you is making a reference to youtuber filthyfrank, character "chin chin" they are saying that they love chin chin.  I mean this is all a guess. daisuki= love ore wa = I. Using that information you can figure out the rest.
