 the 95 remains degrees

then multiply .62 x 60 for minutes

0.62 x 60=37.2 o the 32 is the minutes

 then multiply the .2 x 60 for the seconds

0.2 x 60 = 12

so 95.61 degrees = 95 degrees 32 minutes 12 seconds
