1. Breathing : When stressed you must inhale slowly and count to 4 or 8. Then exhale and do the same.
2.Stretching: When you're stressed your muscles tense so you need to gently stretch them out and relax your body muscles.
3. Thoughts that generate Calming qualities: When you get worked up while doing something important take a minute to think about something that makes you happy or calm.
