A balanced mood and feelings of wellbeing can be protected by ensuring that our diet provides adequate amounts of complex carbohydrates, essential fats, amino acids, vitamins and minerals and water.

While a healthy diet can help recovery, it should sit alongside other treatments recommended by your doctor.

Well let's see

Both exercise and good nutrition are things everyone should be incorporating into their lives and it will bring you to your healthiest self.

Now when you exercise your brain releases feel-good or happy chemicals. Basically when your brain does this you being happier which will attribute to helping defeat mental disorders as much as it possibly can. Same thing with eating well it will also release this chemicals and as I mentioned before it will help with defeating those disorders. Not only will you feel the best but also you will look your best.

Paragraph on comparative study of hdi among saarc countries
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

Human Development Index (HDI) is the strongest and widely used measure of overall  performance of countries. The '2014 Human Development Report - Sustaining Human  Progress: Reducing Vulnerabilities and Building Resilience' provides a fresh perspective on  vulnerability and proposes ways to strengthen resilience. It highlights the need for both  promoting people’s choices and protecting human development achievements. It takes the view   that vulnerability threatens human development and, unless it is systematically addressed,  progress will be neither equitable nor sustainable. Based on the light of this recent report  launched on 24 July, 2014, here in this study, an attempt has been made to global highlights of  the report, comparison of SAARC countries and remarks on the status of Nepal.
