F(x) = 0.6x + 13...this is part A (or could be written as y = 0.6x + 13)

1 meter = 100 cm....so 0.208 meters = (0.208*100) = 20.8 cm
20.8 = 0.6x + 13
20.8 - 13 = 0.6x
7.8 = 0.6x
7.8/0.6 = x
13 = x.....so for part B, ur answer is 13 days

The measure of an angle is 44.6°. What is the measure of its complementary angle?
Leni [432]

The measure of the complementary angle to the angle 44.6° as given in the task content is; 45.4°.

<h3>What is the measure of the complementary angle as given in the task content?</h3>

It follows from the task content that the complementary angle to angle measure 44.6° be determined.

Unlike supplementary angles which add up to 180, complementary angles add up to 90°.

Hence, the required complementary angle is; 90°-44.6° = 45.4°.

Andre45 [30]

Answer:

\tt B)\;93^o

Step-by-step explanation:

\tt 2(19x+1)+(19x+1)+15x=360

\tt 38x+2+19x-2+15x=360

\tt 38x+19x+15x+2-2=360 (Add similar elements)

\tt 72x+2-2=360 (2-2=0)

\tt 72x=360

\tt \cfrac{72x}{72}=\cfrac{360}{72} ( Divide both sides by 72)

\tt x=5

Now,

m∠km:-

\tt 19x-2

\tt 19(5)-2 (Multiply 19*5= 95)

\tt =95-2 (Subtract)

\tt = 93

Therefore, m∠km=93° is the answer.

Is the sequence geometric? if so what is the common ratio/answers 2,-4,-16,-36/
VLD [36.1K]

Answer:

We conclude that the sequence 2, -4, -16, -36,... is not a geometric sequence.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the sequence

2, -4, -16, -36,...

  • A geometric sequence has a constant ratio 'r'.

Let us compute the ratio of all the adjacent terms

\frac{-4}{2}=-2,\:\quad \frac{-16}{-4}=4,\:\quad \frac{-36}{-16}=2.25

It is clear that the ratio is not constant.

Thus, the given sequence is not a geometric sequence.

Therefore, we conclude that the sequence 2, -4, -16, -36,... is not a geometric sequence.
