Answer:

I'm going to try my best to fill in the blanks ;-;

This is very difficult without much background on what you're learning.

1. This is kinda hard to answer since there are so many nutrients that the body needs. Nutrients are chemical compounds in food that are used by the body to function properly and maintain health. Examples include proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.

2. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are called the fat-soluble vitamins

3. Hypocalcemia

4. This is hard to answer, since there are several vegan friendly foods high in zinc. Examples include legumes, tofu, seeds, and quinoa. (try and find the one you specifically learned about).

5. I have no idea what goes here, Healthy food?

6. Peristalsis (I think)

7. I do not know what goes here, it could be a specific food or a group of foods high in certain nutrients. (Try and remember what you've learned?)

8. Breastfeeding, (I dont know what goes in the second blank)

9. Due to the risk of salmonella

10. I do not know what goes here either aaaaaaa, sorry :(

11. Milk Formula (I'm guessing...)

I hope this helps (even if it's just a little) I did as much as I could. Good luck with your work!

How does the heart work
hram777 [196]
The right side of your heart receives oxygen-poor blood from your veins and pumps it to your lungs, where it picks up oxygen and gets rid of carbon dioxide. The left side of your heart receives oxygen-rich blood from your lungs and pumps it through your arteries to the rest of your body.
