I agree that a persons emotions, social skills and mental states can interfere with credibility of a report . But I also believe it depends on the person. We are all different and act in different ways.
he would be suffering from a life threatening condition. if lasts to long he could go into a coma. its called heat stroke. symptoms can feel like a heart attack.
