Ethnocentrism is the tendency to observe the world from the particular perspective of the people and culture to which it belongs and can be defined as an individual or collective attitude that places the ethnic group of which you are a central axis of a particular interpretation or conception of the world, without necessarily leading to the belief that your race or ethnic group are superior to those other peoples and races that make up humanity.
