Answer: Dr Lee will conduct this case study by gathering a detailed biological and historical information about this individual.

Explanation:

A case study is a research method that is aimed at getting in-depth information and facts about a person,event, disease condition or even a phenomenon.

For Doctor Lee to conduct a case study on the client using the presenting symptoms,he has to do a thorough history taking inorder to gather subjective data from the client to help in his case study and also to make effective clinical decisions concerning the patient's presenting symptoms.

History to be taken will include;

- History of presenting complaint.

- History of family and the diseases they are predisposed to.

- History of diseases that the client's family members are suffering from or have suffered from.

- Past medical history of the client, that is the diseases/illnesses he has suffered from in the past.

- History of the client's lifestyles and habits,both nutritional and other aspects.

- Social history of the client which may include the client's social class,religion,tribe and occupation.

When these histories are gotten,Dr Lee can now be able to study carefully and more precisely what is actually wrong with his client.

Is poor hygiene a symptom of a communicable disease? If so, which one?
Airida [17]
Podoconiosis is not a communicable disease – it is caused by contact with red clay soils, not an infectious agent. However, trachoma and scabies are communicable diseases found in conditions of poverty, overcrowding and poor access to clean water and sanitation.
