Shin-fong keeps tracks of his finances through a budget plan. He views all his transactions through his what comes out of his debit or credit cards and keeps track of typically how much he spends. He makes new choices in his spending habits such as not eating out as much as he used to and preparing cheaper food at home. Lastly he keeps his spending rules in tact as he makes sure to not be tempted to go out and unnecessarily spend with friends when ever he is invited.
