Our life is full of challenges where, most of us, we must work and fight to overcome them. This overcoming, in addition to establishing a personal fulfillment, allows us to achieve our goals and have our desires fulfilled.

One of the biggest challenges I had was getting to work on issues of my behavior that I knew were problematic and that hurt myself and the people around me. First, it was very difficult to recognize that these elements of my behavior were incorrect and that I was wrong. Admitting that this is wrong is a big challenge, but we have to have a critical sense of ourselves, because only then will we see our failures.

Once my "defect" was recognized, I found another challenge, this time easier, but very challenging; which was to recognize that i needed help to get the change i needed.

So I asked for help from my parents who advised me to go to therapy, me to learn to deal with my behavior and change it for the better and they to learn to help and support me.

It was a long journey that includes a lot of work and a lot of ups and downs in relation to our emotional, but we managed to overcome all that and overcome this challenge.

What I learned from all of this is that we must recognize and accept the difficulties that lie ahead and not hesitate when we know that we will not be able to overcome our challenges alone.
