The LCM of 4 and 2 is 4. So, multiply both sides by 4:
4y = 3x - 10
Now, change it to standard form by subtracting 3x from both sides:
-3x + 4y = -10
This doesn't match any of the choices. Am I wrong or is the choices wrong? idk
