Stress level must be reduced to the minimum. Some of the signs that show us that an individual has a good emotional health: they treat people well, they are grateful, they are content with their appearance and life, they have a higher meaning and goal in life...

Environmental wellness: has a big and crucial impact on us as it inspires us to do better both for ourselves as individuals and others around us. Let’s not forget the planet earth and the city and country we live in. We must do everything in our power to live in balance with our planet so our offspring get to have a healthy and long life.

One of the signs that show us that an individual is being respectful toward the environment: one is not polluting, both waters and air, they are not smoking, they are not burning things, etc...
