The agricultural revolution enabled people to grow crops and have farms which meant that they could grow their own food and not be nomads anymore. The crops would be based on the environment which meant that not all people could grow the same crops. Those who were herding animals or were hunters still kept moving because you can't grow an animal like you can a plant so they had to keep moving to regions with new animals.
