Answer:

It means that the test would have high reliability and not so for the validity.

Explanation:

Even though the test may have reliabiltiy because it can be consistent in some of the structure of evaluation. This doesn't mean that it would be a valid test, because it is biased.

The psychometrc propertes are measured both by validity and reliabiltiy. This means the score can be reliable but as it is biased, it is not reflecting the knowlede and skills so it loses it's validity.

Improvements in health care in less developed countries (LDCs) can produce all of the following outcomes EXCEPT for the followin
natali 33 [55]

These deficiencies in quality of care represent neither the failure of professional compassion nor necessarily a lack of resources (Institute of Medicine 2001). Rather, they result from gaps in knowledge, inappropriate applications of available technology (Murray and Frenk 2000), or the inability of organizations to change (Berwick 1989). Local health care systems may have failed to align practitioner incentives and objectives, to measure clinical practice, or to link quality improvement to better health outcomes.

Increasing evidence, much of it developed since the mid 1990s, shows that quality can be improved rapidly. However, to improve clinical practice—and thus quality of care—quality must be defined and measured, and appropriate steps must be taken (Silimper and others 2002). This chapter highlights approaches to improving clinical practice and quality of care that take place over months instead of years. Indeed, better quality can improve health much more rapidly than can other drivers of health, such as economic growth, educational advancement, or new technology. Hope this helps

How did the closing of the woodward department store affect the downtown eastside
kap26 [50]

Answer:

it made it harder for the people in downtown eastside to purchase the goods for their daily needs.

Explanation:

The downtown eastside was known for a neighborhood with average lower income compared to other Areas in the city.

Woodward department store was known for its low price. So , many people in downtown Eastside actually purchase their daily products from Woodward.

Woodward eventually closed down because it can no longer sustain its operation and still maintaining the low price. This made the situation become more difficult for the Downton Eastside residence since they have no other alternative to purchase cheap products.
