Technician A says that almost every part of a vehicle is somehow powered by or controlled by an electrical or electronic system.

Technician B says that in most automobiles, the battery voltage required to run the electrical systems is approximately 12.6 volts. Who is right?

Most modern day vehicles are mostly electrical cars meaning most parts of the car is controlled by electrical switches and buttons. the windows,A.c system, power steering , the radio/CD systems and even the opening of the boots and doors of the vehicle are controlled by Electrical systems installed by the Auto-Electricians while building/assembling of the vehicles.

The battery voltage required to run these various electrical systems attached to every part of the vehicles/automobiles are very minimal due to the modernization of electrical systems to consume very minimal voltages hence 12.6 volts can power/run the electrical systems hence technician B is also correct
