The imperialist governments in India began with MAURYA, they had political relations with the Greeks, where Emperor Chandragupta made a peace treaty with Seleucus through the marriage of the Indian king with the daughter of the Greek, these relations were maintained until the reign of Bindusara . expanding through the center and south of India, thanks to this, India was a prosperous and stable empire with great economic power for half a century.
