The scientific method can be defined as a set of procedures by which a scientist can propose a set of explanations for phenomena, constitution and formation of materials. In general, the scientific method can have the following steps:

Observation in this stage the researcher observes a certain matter or phenomenon.

Problem elaboration (question phase) at this stage, the scientist or researcher asks questions about the phenomenon or material analyzed.

Hypotheses this is the stage where the researcher answers the questions asked in the previous step. These answers may be based on your prior knowledge of similar materials or phenomena.

The elaboration of the hypotheses must be done with great caution because it is through them that the experimentation phase will be carried out, that is, they will be the starting point of the experimentation.

Experimentation at this stage, experiments and bibliographical research are performed based on the hypotheses raised. The goal is to find the answer to each of the questions that have been elaborated.

Analysis of Results after the experimentation phase, the researcher analyzes each of the results to verify if they are sufficient to explain each of the problems raised and also if they agree with the hypotheses.

Conclusion the conclusion is the stage in which the scientist verifies if the experiments and researches performed answer the questions raised and allow him to make statements about the phenomena or materials analyzed

Why did the struggle for equal rights intensify after World War 2
Sever21 [200]

I don't know for sure, but I suspect it was because people of all
races, creeds, colors, religions, and national origins had equal
opportunity to get shot, poisoned, captured, crippled, and killed
during the war, and those that came back alive were not satisfied
to accept unequal treatment and opportunity at home after it was
over.

il63 [147K]

The correct answer is D) Both the first and third answers are correct.

A regulator equipped with a conventional alternate-air-source second stage is among the most widely used and readily understood type of alternate air source, and allows the donor to give either second stage to an out-of-air diver. d) Both the first and third answers are correct.

Here we are talking about scuba diving equipment. It is the regulator that allows the diver to breathe from the oxygen tank. It is of the utmost importance because the function of this piece of equipment is precisely to regulate the pressure of the air so the diver has no problems breathing while it is diving. Let's have in mind that the air contained in the oxygen tank is at high pressure. Without the regulator, it could be difficult for the diver to breathe and could put it at risk.

vova2212 [387]

Answer:

The correct answer to the question: What issue is the minister in the preceding excerpt addressing is: C: Who freedmen should look to for leadership.

Explanation:

After the end of slavery, within the states that had been at war during the Civil War, through the Emancipation Proclamation, one of the big questions was, whether real changes would take place. And concern for many, especially abolitionists and activist in favor of rights for African Americans, was, that the now freed men could be persuaded to support or choose, under pressure, especially in the South, leaders that would in some way, further the cause of slavery, in indirect ways. In this excerpt, what this minister is thus trying to do, is to show people, most likely his African American congregation, that it is of utmost importance for them to choose leaders wisely, lest they suddenly become supporters of furthering slavery, or supporting the violation of the rights of freed slaves.

Ne4ueva [31]

Answer:

Framing

Explanation:

The framing effect is a cognitive bias where people decide on options based on whether the options are presented with positive or negative connotations.

We can see that 20 percent chance of rain is the same of 80 percent chance of NO rain, but simply said with other words.

However, when the meteorologists forecast 20 percent chance of rain (in a positive connotation) Sheryl took her umbrella; when the meteorologist reported an 80% chance of NO rain (negative phrased) she didn't take her umbrella even though these two statements were the same but with a different way of framing them.

Thus, this is an example of the effect of framing.
