Social loafing is the term of social psychology in which a person does fewer efforts in the task just because of the presence of other people in the group. The main motto to work in a group is to the accomplishment and the of the task that needs the skills in the group.
But in some groups, there are presence lot of people who think that there is no need to make extra efforts in accomplishing the task because other people are present there in the group to do the efforts for completion of a task. Social is negative in both the aspect for the individual as well as for group.
