The sum of the interior angles of this shape is 360 degrees. You would do 133 + 86+41 and then subtract the sum from 360. You get 100° as the answer

Hey there :)

Both are congruent figures which means they share the same angle measurements.

We have 3 angles given,
∡A and ∡J = 133°
∡D and ∡M = 86°
∡C and ∡L = 41°
∡B and ∡K = ?°

Add them and subtract it from 360° since the total angle measurement equals to 360°

86 + 41 + 133 + x = 360
260 + x = 360

360 - 260 = 100

The missing angle is 100°

A hippopotamus can stay under water for 15 minutes. A sea cow can stay under water y minutes.This is 11 minutes longer than one-
egoroff_w [7]

Answer:

The sea cow can stay under water for 16 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

A hippopotamus can stay under water for 15 minutes.

A sea cow can stay under water y minutes and this is 11 minutes longer than one-third the time a hippopotamus can.

So, "11 minutes longer than one-third the time a hippopotamus can" means: [\frac{1}{3}(15)+11] minutes

Thus, the equation will be: y= \frac{1}{3}(15)+11

Now, solving the above equation, we will get.........

y= \frac{1}{3}(15)+11 \\ \\ y=5+11= 16

So, the sea cow can stay under water for 16 minutes.

tester [92]

Answer:

GPA stands for grade point average. the highest you can get is 4.5. There is no such things as a 95 GPA. To calculate, take the number or point per grade you have, A is 4.0, B is 3.0, C is 2.0, and so on, and add them all up and then divide by the number of classes you are taking.

ipn [44]

Answer:

12

Step-by-step explanation:

Step-1: Prime Factorization of 12

Prime factors of 12 are 2, 3. Prime factorization of 12 in exponential form is:

12 = 22 × 31

Step-2: Prime Factorization of 36

Prime factors of 36 are 2, 3. Prime factorization of 36 in exponential form is:

36 = 22 × 32

Step-3: Factors of 12

List of positive integer factors of 12 that divides 12 without a remainder.

1, 2, 3, 4, 6

Step-4: Factors of 36

List of positive integer factors of 36 that divides 12 without a remainder.

1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 18

Final Step: Biggest Common Factor Number

We found the factors and prime factorization of 12 and 36. The biggest common factor number is the GCF number.

So the greatest common factor 12 and 36 is 12.
