You'll need to ice your shins repeat this process on and off for 1hr. Then evaluate the area to see/touch if the pain has gone down . If you have very severe shin skin splints then you'll  need to rest for a couple of days. Take some pain medication to help the injury. If your shin splints are still burning a couple days after you do this, then talk to your doctor and find out if your shins are more injured than you thought.

For some reason I have a little bit of doubt that this is related to your schoolwork, however this is important to learn to not do so by mistake. This would take a few minutes of inhaling fumes and is a very painful way to die. Even if it doesn't kill you, exposure can lead to brain damage and chemical burns. 5-10 minutes of non ventilated inhaling.

There are some basic guidelines for evaluating these clubs!  First, you want to make sure that the facilities are clean, and there are available sources to make sure the equipment is properly clean. You also want to make sure that the club is up to date on their safety regulations.  Check online reviews to see how other people rate the club!
