Answer:

There is a system of the body called the Excretory System.

Explanation:

The organs of this system get rid of a certain waste. The skin gets rid of sweat. The lungs get rid of carbon dioxide and water vapor. The liver gets rid of bile, which, in addition to breaking down fats, is partially made up of the breakdown of red blood cells. The kidneys get rid of toxins from the blood. The large intestine gets rid of undigested food. in this way the Dermal, Respiratory, Lymphatic, Urinary, and Digestive Systems work together to get rid of wastes.

Hello!

Exhaling removes waste from the body by taking out the toxins that we breath in. The Respiratory System gets the oxygen and removes the carbon out of the lungs. Trees also help us breath in oxygen because it absorb carbon dioxide and then releases oxygen!

Hope this helps!!!

Happy Holidays!!!! :)

Which of the following processes is NOT properly matched with its description?
Viefleur [7K]

Answer:

External respiration: CO2 diffuses into the blood

Explanation:

External respiration is also called the pulmonary gas exchange. It refers to the diffusion of O2 from the air in the alveoli of the lungs to blood in pulmonary capillaries and diffusion of CO2 in the opposite direction from the capillary blood into the alveolar air. External respiration in the lungs is responsible for oxygenation of deoxygenated blood coming from the right side of the heart. The oxygenated blood is then returned to the left side of the heart.
