Answer:

Total Cost per square footage= $ 119.76

Explanation:

As each of these costs is related to the area and building the cost driver would be area square footage floor space.

We divide the cost with the cost driver to get the parametric cost estimate for each of the following.

a.Concrete parking deck cost $5,250,000 / 150,000 sf floor space=$35 per sf floor space

b.Concrete warehouse cost $1,680,000 / 80,000 sf floor space= 21 per sf floor space

c.Non post tensioned concrete parking deck cost $5,400,000 /200,000 sf floor space= 27 per sf floor space

d.Post tensioned Concrete parking deck cost $6,250,000 / 170,000 sf floor space= 36.76 per sf floor space

Total Cost per square footage= $35+ $21+ $27+ $36.76= $ 119.76

kipiarov [429]

Answer:

Kindly check explanation

Explanation:

Bangalore's Finishing school :

From the excerpt above :

India's workforce possess a comparably better technical skills in the aspect of information technology while the rest of the world have the comparative edge when it comes to interpersonal relationship.

Since Indian workers possess technical edge in IT, India uses that as an export commodity while importing interpersonal education which they are deficient in.

From my own perspective, the trade in services will lead to mutual benefit between the trading nations because both are simultaneously giving out their resources or knowledge base while also receiving aid in the areas where thy are lacking.

Installing an automated production system costing $278,000 is initially expected to save Zia Corporation $52,000 in expenses ann
rusak2 [61]

Answer:

11.63%

Explanation:

Internal rate of return is the discount rate that equates the after tax cash flows from an investment to the amount invested.

IRR can be calculated using a financial calculator:

Cash flow in year 0 = $-278,000

Cash flow each year from year 1 to 9 = $52,000 - $5, 000 = $47,000

Cash flow in year 10 = $47,000 + $25,000 = $72,000

IRR = 11.63%

To find the IRR using a financial calacutor:

1. Input the cash flow values by pressing the CF button. After inputting the value, press enter and the arrow facing a downward direction.

2. After inputting all the cash flows, press the IRR button and then press the compute button.

I hope my answer helps you
