Answer:

Their main difference is how they form the daughter cells during cytokinesis. During that stage, animal cells form furrow or cleavage that gives way to formation of daughter cells.

A difference between cell division in plants and animal cells is the process by which they form daughter cells during cytokinesis.

Explanation:

The process of dividing a cell at the end of meiosis or mitosis is known as Cytokinesis which results in the separation of two daughter cells.

The one difference in animal cell and plant cell is as follows:

Animal cell:

 • Animal cells make furrows also called cleavage that results in the formation of “daughter cells”.
 • The animal cells possess centrioles that help make of the mitotic spindle for cell division

Plant cell:

 • But the plants have very rigid cell wall because of which they are not able to make a furrow.
 • Whereas the plant cell does not have centrioles.

In 1997, Dolly the sheep was cloned. Which of the following processes was used?
allsm [11]

Answer:

Option (D).

Explanation:

Dolly was the first sheep cloned in the year 1997. The sheep has been cloned from the adult somatic cells. The sheep was cloned by Keith Campbell, Ian Wilmut.

The adult's cell nucleus was fused with the enucleated sheep egg. The egg was then incubated in the surrogate female. The telomeres of Dolly sheep was found to be shorter than the normal individuals.

Thus, the correct answer is option (D).

The production of hcl is encoded into our dna. using the functions of activators and repressors, explain how hcl is only produce
sashaice [31]
Activators and repressors are transcription-control elements that are found in eukaryotic organisms. These elements function during the process of transcription, where a DNA molecule is coded onto a RNA molecule for it to be sent to ribosomes outside of the nucleus and then polypeptide chains are produced from it.

The activators and repressors control which proteins are made, which means that they can either hinder or promote certain functions in the cells of the body. Therefore, even though all of the cells have the same set of DNA, some are able to produce HCl, while others produce other substances such as insulin.

How do genes regulate the cell's Chemistry
Shtirlitz [24]

Answer:

a variety of genes are involved in the control of cell growth and division. the cell replicates itself in an organized, step by step fashion known as the cell cycle.

Explanation:

tight regulation of this process ensures a dividing cell's DNA is copied properly, any errors in the DNA are repaired and each daughter cell receives a full set of chromosomes.

A. Bread, when kept in the open for a

long time, shows the presence of mold.

B. What causes mold growth on bread?

C. Changes in temperature may affect

the growth of mold on bread.

D. Keep the bread in different locations,

changing the temperature at each location.

E. Increased temperature leads to the

growth of mold.

F. Make a presentation of the data, and

Explanation:

ANSWERS :

1- C ( this is an assumption; a hypothesis is always based on an assumption.

2- F ( this states to share the results with other classmates).

3- D (this is a description of an experiment you could conduct; you test a hypothesis (usually) by conducting an experiment.

4- A (this is something you could observe during the experiment, therefore it is an observation).

5- E (this sentence is a conclusion).

6- B (This is an actual question)
