Clarence will most likely become a wandering homeless.

At this point, United States still does not have universal health care.  Meaning that Without a job or family, there would be no way Clarence can enter a treatment facility to treat His schizophrenia.

He will left abandoned while his brain is slowly deteriorating away. Eventually he'll become extremely dysfunctional, unable to pay for his food /rent, and wandering up the street as a homeless
