The world's population continues to grow by roughly 80 million people per year.
According to CIA estimates, approximately 375,000 people are born every day in the world, while the daily mortality rate is about 160,000. Therefore, per day there is a world population growth of 215,000 people. These numbers, projected over the period of one year, give an approximate growth of about 79,000,000 people per year.
Due to the rotation of the earth on its axis, the flow of the winds and the ocean current in the north takes place in the right direction that is anticlockwise.
And is opposite to the southern parts where it's clockwise i.e in the left direction of motion as a result of the curved paths. This deflection is called the Coriolis force.
