Ralph was chosen as the boys' leader. To help lead the boys and to make decisions based on what was best for the group. He lost control of the boys when the boys decided it wasn't fun to follow rules. Jack, who decided to not follow Ralphs orders, was having fun not following the rules. The boys decided to go to Jack and become lawless and do what they pleased. An example of this is when stealing from the other group and killing Simon and Piggy. The theme of a society that falls apart if there aren't rules can follow any culture, any group or any situation. An example of a lawless society would be the people in the middle east. ISIS doesn't want to follow the rules and they fight against the good people who want to have a normal life. They are fighting for territory and kill people who don't believe in what they believe.

How would you convince your teacher to change your grade using pathos
stira [4]

Answer:

I would convince my teacher to change my grade by telling him/her that I've truly tried my best in making the project that I've spent all my money on it and I haven't gotten any wink of sleep the night before just to finish it. I'd also tell him that I've been really focused on finishing the project for the entire month even though I was diagnosed with an illness.

Explanation:

Convincing your teacher by using "pathos" means that you have to convince him in an emotional way. This will evoke his feelings, specifically the feeling of having "pity" for you. This means that your story will have to be convincing, so your teacher will be persuaded in changing you grade.
