English

“Managing the Federal deficit” is not a part of the function of the Federal Reserve.

Explanation:

The federal deficit is the difference between the expenditure that the government makes against the revenues that it gets from the various taxes laid down for its citizens.

 • The Federal Reserve mostly regulates the money for the various banks in the country, making sure it functions properly and gives it aid when needed.
 • They conduct monetary policy for the smooth inflow of the money in the country along with providing a baseline of functioning for all the district banks as well.

They do not have control over default loans and nor do they have control over the expenditure that the government would have to make in times of emergency.

Hence, they do not manage or look over the Federal deficit

When you hear a speech, what do you pay attention to?
deff fn [24]

Answer:

If it were me, I'd pay attention to the speaker's gestures and facial expression. It's not in here, but I'd also include the tone of their voice.

Explanation:

Imagine, if you were listening to someone give a speech and they stood there with no emotion or movement, you're most likely not going to pay much attention to that person. In order to get the audience involved, it's best if the speaker gives some kind of gestures and feelings to get a response from the crowd. Make sense?

I hope this helps! Have a good day!

bazaltina [42]
I think it was named the bald eagle because of the contrast in colors. The body is brown and the head is white, like you said, so when it is flying it looks bald because the head is lighter. I think that might be the reason
