How I think my hometown would look without electricity is a little different. It would not be majorly different but just a little. I live in a very small town so there is not a lot of tech here. It would be very quiet here and very dark.

If you mean “is the statement correct?” kinda thing, then i believe you can’t speak french. you may be able to speak a little bit of french, but i don’t think you’ll be able to speak french fluently.
