Strongest Evidence that Climate of region changed

Regular variations in the climate are because of hurricanes and snowstorms. Periodically fluctuations are due to the Earth spinning around the sun. Because the Earth is spherical and not level, the Sun's lights don't drop constantly on the ground and beaches. The Sun glows extra immediately close to the tropics carrying these fields extra warmness.
According to me, there are two main factors which will provide the strongest evidence that the climate of his region has changed are:
Solar exposure i.e. sun rays received by the region which will determine the change in temperature of the region with time.
Rainfall variation i.e. precipitation received by region which will determine the vegetation and amount of humidity present in the atmosphere of the region with time.
The answer for this question would be the second option. Genomic studies cover the analysis of the changes of genome by scanning the markers across complete sets of DNA. Based on these studies, the change in gene sequences happen that resulted to a change in the way that the brain interprets speech in between 4 and 9 million years ago.
