Soviet Union Joseph Stalin, Great Britain Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and US President Franklin D. Roosevelt got together on November 28, until December 1, 1943, and agreed to open up a new war front in France to fight the Gerrman Army. They planned the invasion of France for June 6, 1944.
