Answer:

I got you

Explanation:

The trench system on the Western Front in World War I—fixed from the winter of 1914 to the spring of 1918—eventually stretched from the North Sea coast of Belgium southward through France, with a bulge outwards to contain the much-contested Ypres salient. Running in front of such French towns as Soissons, Reims, Verdun, St. Mihiel and Nancy, the system finally reached its southernmost point in Alsace, at the Swiss border. In total the trenches built during World War I, laid end-to-end, would stretch some 35,000 miles—12,000 of those miles occupied by the Allies, and the rest by the Central Powers.

Do you think that informal changes to the constitution are as important as formal amendments? Explain Why.
Vladimir79 [104]
A "Formal Amendment" is one that actually adds to or changes the US Constitution. It is ratified by the states and becomes law.

An "informal amendment"is a change to the meaning or interpretation of the Constitution of the United States. There is no real informal way to change the Constitution, and it's not an actual change to the wording of the Constitution; rather, it's the way we perceive the Constitution that changes.

The one that comes to mind is the equal rights amendment (1972) - which prohibits the inequality of men and women. Opponents say that the amendment is no longer needed, as the issues are already law

What was the name of the document, based on the declaration of independence, that states all men and women were created equal?
borishaifa [10]

The answer to this question would be choice B. Declaration of Sentiments

At the time the Declaration of Sentiments was proclaimed (which was during the Seneca Falls Convection of 1848) many women were seen inferior to men. (in other words, they weren't believed to be equal to men). Moreover, in an attempt to prove this notion wrong, leaders Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott decided to arrange the Seneca Falls Convection.

To add on, the Declaration of Sentiments (as you could probably infer from the question), basically stated the following "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men AND WOMEN are created equal...", thus it greatly resembled the Declaration of Independence. Furthermore, this notable document was a significant step toward women enfranchisement and equality as the work of those who advocated women's suffrage would have their work paid off in 1920 (the year in which the 19th amendment was ratified, which granted women the right to vote).
