For example, our country give the rights for the people to have free opinion. But the moment you express the opinion by attacking other groups in public, the government can order an arrest to you. This happen because during the implementation of your rights, you are violating the rights of other people.

Inalienable rights are different. These rights cannot be infringed by the government under any circumstances. Currently, those inalienable rights include : The right to life, obtain liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

First off, I apologize if this is incorrect, but I believe it would be C for one reason. Inalienable rights means, people cannot remove them from you, if that makes sense. So, rights that are unable to be infringed upon, to me, would be the best option because "infringed" means to break, therefore, if you are unable to break the rights, they would be considered inalienable. Sorry if this was confusing.
