Normal trade relations oversee all aspects of commerce and trade between the two countries. Terms which are improved under trade agreements are tariff reductions and easier access to the other's markets.
These type of agreements between countries are sought because they are known to cause an eventual improvement on the economic conditions of both countries, as businesses benefit from new markets which lead to more sells and the creation of more jobs on both sides.
