Answer:

y=10x-6

Step-by-step explanation:

step 1

Find the slope

we have

(0,-6) and (1,4)

The slope is equal to

m=(4+6)/(1-0)=10

step 2

Find the equation of the line in slope intercept form

The equation of the line in slope intercept form is

y=mx+b

we have

m=10

b=-6 -----> y-intercept (given value in the table)

substitute

y=10x-6

Answer is B
The reason for this is because to find the proportionality you divide the bottom number by the top and if one of the answer differentiates then it is not proportional with the rest of the table.

Help!! Can someone explain this to me I’m not getting it.
chubhunter [2.5K]

Answer:

A. 99 sq cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of geometric shape

= 2 times the area of one triangle with base a and height c

+ 2 times the area of one triangle with base c and height b

+ Area of rectangle with dimensions a and c.

= 2 \times  \frac{1}{2} ac + 2 \times  \frac{1}{2} bc + ac \\  \\  = ac + bc + ac \\  \\  = 2ac + bc \\  \\  = 2(13)(3) + 7(3) \\  \\  = 78 + 21 \\  \\  = 99 \: sq \: cm

Under her cell phone plan, Rajani pays a flat cost of $65 per month and $5
riadik2000 [5.3K]
If she wants to only use 85 a month then doing the math it would be 85-65=20 divided by 5 equals 4 so she would get 4 gigabytes while staying within her budget :)

Brainiest please

kozerog [31]

Answer:

"A Type I error in the context of this problem is to conclude that the true mean wind speed at the site is higher than 15 mph when it actually is not higher than 15 mph."

Step-by-step explanation:

A Type I error happens when a true null hypothesis is rejected.

In this case, as the claim that want to be tested is that the average wind speed is significantly higher than 15 mph, the null hypothesis has to state the opposite: the average wind speed is equal or less than 15 mph.

Then, with this null hypothesis, the Type I error implies a rejection of the hypothesis that the average wind speed is equal or less than 15 mph. This is equivalent to say that there is evidence that the average speed is significantly higher than 15 mph.

"A Type I error in the context of this problem is to conclude that the true mean wind speed at the site is higher than 15 mph when it actually is not higher than 15 mph."
