I believe that information describes an effective not taking

Note taking is conducted during the class. Since most people cannot write as fast as spoken language, it is important to utilize some sort of symbols to change certain words in topics in order to cut down writing time. The symbol that is used above is very efficient and generally understood by most people.

It depends on whether it is effective in the eyes of the person studying the notes, but to me it seems to be an effective way to take notes
