Air gap means that the dielectric is air.

So ε0 = 8.85 x 10^-12 [F/m].......................permitivity of free space

Lets use the equation

C= ( ε0x A) / d

Where A is the area of the plate

And d the distance between the plates

d = 3.2-mm = 3.2 E-3 m

so ............> A = C *d /ε0 = 0.20 F * 3.2 E-3 m / 8.85 x 10^-12 [F/m]

A = 7.23 E 7 [m2]

Capacity = 0.20 F Distance d = 3.2 x 10^-3 m We know the vacuum permittivity e0 = 8.854Ă—10^-12 We have the equation, C = e0A / d => A = Cd / e0 A = (0.20 x 3.2 x 10^-3) / 8.854Ă—10^-12 = 0.64 x 10^9 / 8.854 = 0.07228 x 10^9 Area of the plates A = 7.228 x 10^7

Rank these temperatures from hottest to coldest: 32° F,32° C, and 32 K 320 F> 32° C>32 K 32°C 32° F 32 K 32° F 32 K 32° c
Leviafan [203]

Answer:

32 C > 32 F > 32 K

Explanation:

32 F, 32 C, 32 K

Let T1 = 32 F

T2 = 32 C

T3 = 32 K

Convert all the temperatures in degree C

The relation between F and C is given by

(F - 32) / 9 = C / 100

so, (32 - 32) / 9 = C / 100

C = 0

So, T1 = 32 F = 0 C

The relation between c and K is given by

C = K - 273 = 32 - 273 = - 241

So, T3 = 32 K = - 241 C

So, T 1 = 0 C, T2 = 32 c, T3 = - 241 C

Thus, T2 > T1 > T3

32C > 32 F > 32 K

What renewable source of energy would be suited to chicago IL?
Kay [80]

Answer:

Wind is the primary renewable resource used for electric power generation in the state. In 2019, wind provided 97% of the state's renewable energy generation, and Illinois was sixth in the nation in utility-scale (1 megawatt or greater) wind capacity, with about 5,200 megawatts online.

What from the following list of statements about vectors is definitely true? (section 3.3) The magnitude of a vector can be smal
Mashcka [7]

Answer:

"Magnitude of a vector can be zero only if all components of a vector are zero."

Explanation:

"The magnitude of a vector can be smaller than length of one of its components."

Wrong, the magnitude of a vector is at least equal to the length of a component. This is because of the Pythagoras theorem. It can never be smaller.

"Magnitude of a vector is positive if it is directed in +x and negative if is is directed in -X direction."

False. Magnitude of a vector is always positive.

"Magnitude of a vector can be zero if only one of components is zero."

Wrong. For the magnitude of a vector to be zero, all components must be zero.

"If vector A has bigger component along x direction than vector B, it immediately means, the vector A has bigger magnitude than vector B."

Wrong. The magnitude of a vector depends on all components, not only the X component.

"Magnitude of a vector can be zero only if all components of a vector are zero."

True.
