Agricultural technology is constantly being researched and used to try to solve all sort of problems like irrigation struggles for arid areas to pest control for healthier yields. Has it helped eliminate famine in the past? Definitely. Agricultural specialists have saved many problem areas around the world and  this new technology will only make it easier.
