Simplify. ( w^2/-3u^4)^2. Write your answer without parentheses.
Rudiy27

Answer:

w^4 / (9u^8)

Step-by-step explanation:

( w^2/-3u^4)^2

We know that ( a/b) ^c = a^c  / b^c

( w^2) ^2/ (-3u^4)^2

We know that a^b^c = a^(b*c)

w^(2*2)/ (-3u^4)^2

We know ( ab) ^c = a^c * b^c

w^4/ (( -3)^2 u^4^2)

w^4/(9 u^(4*2))

w^4 / (9u^8)

If Ken wanted to create a function that modeled an exponential function with base of 11 and what exponents were needed to reach

\bf \textit{exponential form of a logarithm}
\\\\
log_a  b=y \implies   a^y=  b\qquad\qquad
%  exponential notation 2nd form
a^y=  b\implies log_a  b=y \\\\

x=11^y\implies log_{11}(x)=y\implies log_{11}(x)=f(x)

Hi there!

I believe your answer is:

x = 1

»»————- ★ ————-««

Here’s why:

⸻⸻⸻⸻

\boxed{\text{Calculating the answer...}}\\\\\frac{x+3}{6}=\frac{2}{3}\\\----------\\\rightarrow  (\frac{x+3}{6})6=(\frac{2}{3})6\\\\\rightarrow x + 3 = 4\\\\\rightarrow x + 3 - 3 = 4 - 3\\\\\rightarrow \boxed{x=1}

⸻⸻⸻⸻

Hope this helps you. I apologize if it’s incorrect.

What is the standard form of x/4 - y/3 =1 and 5/x - 2/y=7.
kompoz [17]
You can multiply both sides by a number that will get rid of the denominators. For ex. you can multiply the first equation by 12 because 4 and 3 both go into 12 evenly. MAKE SURE YOU MULTIPLY THE OTHER SIDE BY 12 AS WELL! Therefore, 12(x/4) - 12(y/3) = 12(1), or 3x - 4y = 12
