First thing is to multiply 3 by x and get 3x,then 3 by 4 equals 12. 3x+12....6x=3x+12...subtract 3x from 6x and get 3x=12..then divide 3 on both sides and 3x crosses out.. and x=4...this is what I have to say about this..

A table saw is on clearance for 20% off. If the sale price of the table saw is $380, what was the original price? Justify your s
Nikolay [14]

20% off means it is selling for 80% of the original price ( 100% - 20% =80%)

Divide the sale price by 80% as a decimal:

380/0.80 = 475

The original price was $475

Justify:

Multiply the original price by 20% and subtract:

475 x 0.20 = 95

475-95 = $380 which is the sale price.

What is the volume of this triangular Pyramid photo attached
storchak [24]

To find the volume of a triangular pyramid, the formula is:

V=\frac{1}{3}(Area\text{ }of\text{ }thebase)(height)

So we start by finding the area of the base, which is in the shape of a right triangle in this case.

The area of a right triangle is equal to 1/2 x base x height.

\begin{gathered} A=\frac{1}{2}bh \\  \\ A=\frac{1}{2}(5)(6) \\  \\ A=15\text{ square feet} \end{gathered}

We use this area to find the volume.

\begin{gathered} V=\frac{1}{3}Ah \\  \\ V=\frac{1}{3}(15)(6) \\  \\ V=30\text{ cubic feet} \end{gathered}

The volume of the triangular pyramid is 30 cubic feet.

Answer:

2,225

Step-by-step explanation:

You have to imagine it as a number line, with Christs death for 0.  582 years in the other direction, towards the positives, gives you 582. Plus the 1,643 years, and you have to solve 582 + 1,643
