Answer:

See explanation for answer.

Explanation:

1. Recombinant plasmids are that plasmid which carried DNA sequence of our need. we know plasmid are extra circular self replicating DNA molecule occur in the bacteria. when we need multiple copy of target DNA sequence or we want to know the gene expression of target DNA sequence so target DNA inserted into plasmid. these plasmid by the nature of self replicative forms multiple copy of recombinant plasmid these plasmid are same as parents plasmid. this phenomenon is called clonning.multiple recombinant plasmid form multiple copies of DNA thats why it is important to have multiple copies of a recombinant plasmid within a cell.

2. rfp gene occur in plasmid when we go for gene product i.e. protein we detect the trait of rfp gene if it is occur it means plasmid give. rfp gene is expressed into mRNA, translated into a protein, which fluoresces (the trait is red fluorescence).

3. we know that gene specific in their function. gene forms protein via mRNA and protein id encoded by genetic code and genetic code are universal so the gene will encode the same protein regardless of which organism is making. bacteria have only coding region while human have both coding as well as non coding However, it rarely works using a native eukaryotic gene for expression in bacteria, because the former have introns which the latter don't have the machinery to remove.

Answer:

The central dogma of molecular biology is DNA>RNA>protein.

The expression happens when the DNA is transcribed to RNA, and then translated to protein.

If a plant cell completes the cell cycle in 24 hour, how many cells will be produced in 5 days ?
Andru [333]

Answer:

The correct answer is 128 cells

Explanation:

Given: 1 complete cell cycle takes 24 hours. It means 1 plant cell divides into 2 cells in 24 hours. Thus, number of hours in one week will be:

24 x 7 days =  168 hours, if one cell cycle  takes 24 hours, then in 168 hours there will be 7 cell cycles.

So, first cell cycle will results into 2 cells and both these cells will divide and will results into 4 cells and then after third division it will 8 cells and so on..

Therefore, at the end of 7th division there will be 128 cells.

What does the sequence of DNA determine?
ArbitrLikvidat [17]

Answer:

It determines everything about you.

Explanation:

Sequencing DNA means determining the order of the four chemical building blocks - called "bases" - that make up the DNA molecule. The sequence tells scientists the kind of genetic information that is carried in a particular DNA segment.
