Explanation: Weight Training is good activity for physical health. Because it can build stronger muscles depending on the muscles the person trains. Weightlifting, Power lifting and body building are pretty much all the same just it depends on what type of body an individual wants does the individual want a arms and leg type or just an arms or a neck back arms and legs???
