Answer: For 45. my guess is C

Step-by-step explanation:

1. first determine whether your line is dotted or solid. Solid lines include the points that fall on the line dotted do not. This is solid and that is because the sign is ≥. (That eliminates answers B. and D.

2. Remember that y is greater than the equation stated on the left. everything above -2 is greater so it would be shaded in.

I'm not sure if that makes sense but hoped it helped anyway...

Hello there! When it comes to scientific notation, a number greater than or equal to 1, but less than 10 is multiplied by a power of 10. For example: 3.45 * 10^6. 0.95 is less than 1, so the first one is not in scientific notation. All of the others fit, because the numbers are greater than 1, but less than 10, and are mutliplied by a power of 10. The answer is A.

Which graph represents the compound inequality? n<-2 or n >=4
Ket [755]
This would be two infinitely high planes. The left extending infinitely to the left and stopping short of the vertical line x=-2 and the right starting just to the right of the vertical line x=4 and extending infinitely to the right.

Or you could think of it as an infinite plane excluding the infinitely high region from x=[-2,4]

Or if you are simply referring to a number line: n=(-oo,-2)U(4,+oo)

Step-by-step explanation:

The ratio of child tickets to adult tickets is 8 : 1.

It means for each adult ticket the number of child tickets is 8 times more.

On Saturday they sold 147 adult tickets, so the number of child tickets is:

 • 8*147 = 1176

The ratio adult : child, as per picture:

 • 1/8 = 147/x ⇒ x = 147*8 = 1176

Total tickets sold, add up child and adult ticket numbers:

 • 1176 + 147 = 1323
