Answer:

Brown v. Board of Education

Explanation:

"NAACP" refers to <em>"National Association for the Advancement of Colored People."</em> It is an organization that is meant to abolish racial segregation, particularly when it comes to<em> transportation, housing, education, employment and the like. </em>It was also intended to give the <em>African-Americans their </em><u><em>constitutional rights.</em></u>

The NAACP was organized in <em>1909</em> and it became active in filing lawsuits regarding segregation of laws in the early<em> 1950s.</em> It was created in order to respond to court cases such as the "Brown v. Board of Education." This occurred in <em>1951. </em>The lawsuit was made by Oliver Brown against the <em>Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas</em> because his daughter, Linda, was not allowed to enter the school because she was a black girl. The lawyer who defended Oliver Brown was the<em> head of the NAACP</em> Legal Defense and Educational Fund.

So, this explains the answer.

The most unique fact about the  Russo-Japanese War was the victory of the East over the great powers of the West. The fact that a small nation like Japan can defeat a large Nation like Russia was astonishing.

This was a war of expansionism that took place between 1904- 1905. It was fought between Japan and Russia over the territorial affairs in the Far East. At last, Japan claimed the victory in the war and emerged as the major power.
